How to Cancel Your Ride
To cancel a booking with EV Smart Cab, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to Your Account: Open the EV Smart Cab app or website and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Your Bookings: Go to your upcoming bookings or scheduled rides section.
- Select the Ride to Cancel: Choose the ride you wish to cancel from the list of upcoming trips.
- Confirm Cancellation: Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Depending on the time of cancellation and our policies, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy
- Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within minutes of booking may be eligible for a full refund, or may not incur any cancellation fee.
- After Free Cancellation Period: If the cancellation happens after the free cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from your total fare.
- Refund Processing: Once the refund is approved it will get credited to your original payment method with 7- 10 days
