• EV Smart does not provide transportation services directly

• Driver misconduct or negligence
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Delays or missed appointments

3. Third-Party Actions

• Drivers are independent service providers
• EV Smart is not responsible for actions, omissions, or behavior of drivers

4. User Responsibility

• Users are responsible for their own safety and decisions during rides

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Smart’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride
