2. Payment Authorization

• By initiating a payment, users authorize EV Smart and its payment partners to process the transaction
• Users must ensure sufficient balance or valid payment method

3. Failed Transactions

• In case of payment failure:

  • The ride may be cancelled, or
  • The amount may still be deducted due to banking delays

• Users should contact support if discrepancies occur

4. Outstanding Payments

• Any unpaid dues may:

  • Be added to the next ride
  • Result in restricted account access

5. Third-Party Processing

• Payments are handled by third-party providers such as Razorpay

• EV Smart is not responsible for:

  • Payment gateway errors
  • Bank processing delays

6. Pricing Accuracy

• Users agree to pay the final fare as calculated based on actual trip details

7. Fraud Prevention

• Suspicious transactions may be blocked or investigated
• Accounts involved in fraud may be suspended
