By using EV Smart, you agree to the pricing structure described below.

The total ride fare may include:

• Base Fare – Initial fixed charge for starting the ride
• Distance Fare – Charges based on distance traveled
• Time Fare – Charges based on trip duration
• Minimum Fare – Minimum amount payable per ride

2. Dynamic Pricing (Surge)

• Fares may increase during:

  • High demand periods
  • Peak hours
  • Limited driver availability

• This is commonly referred to as surge pricing

• The applicable fare will be shown to the user before confirming the ride (where applicable)

3. Additional Charges

The following charges may apply where applicable:

• Waiting Charges – If the driver waits beyond the allowed time at pickup
• Toll Charges – Any tolls incurred during the trip
• Parking Charges – If applicable during the ride
• Cancellation Charges – As per the Cancellation Policy

4. Taxes & Fees

• Applicable government taxes (if any) may be included in the final fare
• Any platform or service fees may also be added where applicable

5. Fare Display

• Estimated fare may be shown before booking

• Final fare may vary depending on:

  • Actual distance traveled
  • Route taken
  • Waiting time
  • External conditions (traffic, diversions)

6. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

• Online payment methods through Razorpay
• Cash payments (where available)

8. No Guarantee of Lowest Price
