1. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use EV Smart only for lawful purposes and genuine ride bookings.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Make fake or fraudulent bookings
• Harass, abuse, or threaten drivers
• Engage in illegal activities during rides
• Attempt to bypass the platform for direct dealings with drivers

3. Payment Misuse

• Users must not attempt fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Misuse may result in account suspension

4. Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for all activities under their account
• Sharing account access is discouraged

5. Enforcement

EV Smart reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to services
• Take legal action in case of serious violations
